Returns & Exchanges


Return Policy:
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product for a refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not (in the form of store credit).
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges:
We are more than happy to accept exchanges within 30 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. We will provide you a free* pre-paid shipping label for the item(s) to be returned (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Once the item has been received, we will send you a store credit (via Gift Card).

Returns:
You can return a product for up to 10 days from the date that your items were delivered to you. Items must be returned in new unworn condition. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment or via a Gift Card.
***You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item : $3.95 Flat Rate*. (*USA customers only. International customers will be responsible for their own shipping charges. We are unable to provide you with a pre-paid shipping label). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of initial shipping will be deducted from your refund***
International Customers : If you reject a package, you will be refunded upon us receiving the package back to our home office. We would advise that you always accept the package and then physically send it back to us if you are wanting to return your order. Rejection of a shipment does not guarantee that we will receive it back and it will not guarantee that you will receive a refund.

Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift card will be emailed to you. You must be able to provide us with enough information in order to locate proof of purchase.
